大家好,第一次在這個版發文 請大家鞭策用力一點沒關係…先謝謝各位了~
我的身高體重:172/95 職業:大學生
前陣子去做體檢的時候醫生說我的血壓偏高要我減肥QQ
從四月執行168與戒糖,覺得成效並沒有到特別好
目前在兩個方向想做調整跟加強
1.飲食控制:我自首我一開始並沒有做太多功課,我想這也是成效不彰的原因,目前168是
只吃午餐(早餐店買)和晚餐(家裡準備便當)。
但爬過許多文章都說要減少精緻澱粉的攝取,請問大家晚餐的部分如果都是外食的話,有什
麼比較好的改善方式嗎?或是說改成吃早餐午餐會比較好嗎?
2.開始加入有氧運動:目前執行如第一點所說的超低強度飲食控制幾乎沒有適應問題,想要
加入有氧運動(TABATA、單車、慢跑),初期計畫是每日TABATA三組,兩日單車慢跑等戶外
有氧。
我想問的問題是:我本來是沒有運動習慣的人,體能也是偏弱,慢跑都是10分鐘左右就喘到
爆炸的那種人,建議初期先從單車跟室內有氧開始嗎?或者10分鐘的慢跑-休息-慢跑重複多
組會更好呢?
目標是年底可以降到7字頭的體重,希望大家可以給小弟一點建議,先謝謝大家了。
