新手的增肌速度..? - 健身

大家好
小弟我開始健身約一個月,從Tanita的便宜體脂計上顯示大概多了2公斤的肌肉量
體脂維持在18%左右,170公分,體重從~67->70公斤..
因為平常都在離家最近的某直銷健身房運動,今天測體脂的時候被裡面的指導員說
進步太慢,對新手來說這樣會太慢嗎?爬文爬到的一般都是健身有一段時間的資料
所以覺得有一點疑惑。
順便問一件事,因為飲食習慣比較清淡的關係所以去買了on乳清,不過有點搞不清楚
每四天練一次的話是不是應該天天喝,目前是練的這一天和隔天會喝一杯。
我知道不需要太重視數據,只是希望能夠透過數據確定自己的訓練/飲食沒有
太大的問題..
