想趁考完大學到外地前的這段時間好好練
已經報名了健身房四個月
不過是沒教練的單純使用器材
174cm 62kg 體脂15左右.
平常已經有在騎公路車跟長跑
所以主要是想著重在上半身胸臂的訓練
目前大概知道的就是
肩推 卧推 深蹲這些比較基本的
但是不知道要怎麼安排組數
目前計畫是每天都可以去
希望有前輩可以指點一下 ~謝謝!
ps. 是高雄美力健身房 ,有版友可以約練更好XD
