小弟目前身體數據
體脂21% 骨骼肌37.6% 身高167 體重66.3KG
以前念書的時候有在踢足球 體重維持在62KG 體脂應該也不到20%吧?
現在的工作後比較少時間運動 只有周日會去游泳30分鐘
因為工作性質也是蠻操的 基本上都要站一整天然後搬五噸以上的貨
還蠻傷膝蓋的 所以我也沒去跑步或健身房 晚上一回家直接坐電腦前面
飲食比較沒在控制 還是蠻喜歡喝含糖飲料
放假都會比平日多1KG(65->66KG)最近想把體脂降到15%左右
不知道有什麼飲食菜單還是比較不會傷膝蓋的訓練可以達成這目標?
