1. 地點: 新莊運動公園操場或健身房
2. 時間: 一~五 22:00~23:00()
3. 運動內容: 就跑步,希望每次都能跑40mins 或15圈以上
下雨的話就取消,或是去跳繩都OK
原PO"目前"是個胖宅 28y(178,92) 目標是瘦到30腰...
希望有志減脂,把目標放在明年夏天的朋友能互相砥礪
我大概6點也會去健身房重訓,如果有人願意一起去,也很歡迎喔
