如果你把斷食當做短期方法來減肥,鐵定失敗。對我來說,一日一餐才是正常的飲食習慣
,只有假日因為社交才會勉強多吃一頓中餐,長期下來,本來會便秘現在也不便秘了,空
腹血糖太高也變成控制在100以下,上班昏昏沉沉也變得比較有精神,所以斷食結束怎麼
辦?繼續維持下去就好啦^^
