先說結果:
單次高強度運動後第一天,血液中肌酸肌酶、IL-6、TNF-α濃度和胰島素阻抗性顯著增加
(P< 0.05),運動後第三天胰島素阻抗性已恢復至安靜值。
其中胰島素的結果如下圖,Baseline為運動前空腹抽血檢測,前一晚晚餐之後無進食但
正常喝水。Day1為高強度運動後的空腹胰島素。Day3、5為空腹抽血檢測。

整篇論文結論:
單次高強度運動造成的肌肉損傷可能為影響身體胰島素敏感度的主要因素之一。
根據白話以及研究生心態翻譯就是平均看來高強度運動會造成胰島素上升,不過有些人沒
有這個跡象,硬要找理由解釋就是其他balabala激素對胰島素造成正面與負面影響。所以
結論只能說高強度運動與胰島素敏感有關連,正相關或負相關還無法100%肯定,這樣。
所以如果有人想嘗試斷食又想運動的話,建議最好多找點相關論文,看看哪些因素會影響
胰島素分泌,避免斷食失敗變成類似吃仙女餐的情形QQ
