好啦,我崩潰我全家都崩潰啦。
我從來沒有說間歇性斷食不好啊,事實上不管什麼飲食法,包括生酮、
低碳、Paelo、碳循環,甚至長時間的斷食和 Crash Diet,只要符合你的生
活型態,然後又是有效的飲食(每個人對於有效的定義不同),你要怎麼做
是你的選擇。
但你也不能否認,不是每種飲食都適合每個人,因此也不會有「最好的
飲食方式」。有些人上夜班、有些人做體力活;有些人胰島素敏感度高,有
些人甚至有胰島素抗阻;有些人一天要睡八個小時,有些人只要六個小時以
下的睡眠,每個人的身體狀況都不一樣,而這些個別不同的狀況會影響到飲
食、身體健康等等,我覺得說「一定要做某某某飲食」是很不負責任的。
更不用說,你如果去 Google "intermittent fasting results in
eating disorders",你會發現很多人有相關的經驗談,因此我也不會選擇
這樣的方式,因為我自己就是個愛吃鬼,要我長時間斷食我肯定會暴飲暴食。
如果你覺得間歇斷食甚至長時間斷食對你有效,而且也符合你的生活型
態,Go for it。但不要鼓吹每個人都去做間歇性斷食,特別是有些人曾經
有過 ED 病史,隨意鼓催他們做間歇性斷食可能會對他們的症狀有影響。
