早午餐沒吃到基代 睡前要補到基代嗎? - 健身

如題
因為原PO是大學生
六日都習慣睡到中午
而第一餐習慣的是吃少一點
想問問
以基代1500來說
如果早餐因為睡覺沒吃
午餐只吃不到300 (200g的烤地瓜+不加糖黑咖啡)
那晚餐要吃到1200的熱量補回來一天所需嗎
我是想說
因為基代是算人一天正常作息
如果早上都睡掉了
基代也不會到1500的感覺@@
希望版大們可以教教我@@
因為六日還蠻常會這樣的
但又不希望沒吃到基代造成身體代謝不好
