最近在減脂、運動。
昨天中式早餐店吃了 饅頭夾蛋 + 無糖豆漿 後還是很餓
(食物分析:澱粉、蔬菜、蛋白質)
問老闆有沒有肉類?他們說只有 培根、火腿而已。
記得這兩種是很不 ok 的食物,於是我就忍住。怒吃一根香蕉。
今天去西式早餐店吃了 燻雞漢堡+蛋(不加醬) + 黑豆漿
(食物分析:澱粉、蔬菜、蛋白質、肉類蛋白)
燻雞超少的 很沒有飽足感。
啊,想請問大家,如果在外面的話,早餐吃完健康早餐,還是很餓想吃肉
有什麼方式能解套嗎?
