減脂到一半遇到腸胃炎 - 健身

台北今天突然 一秒變冬天了XDD
小弟前天開始打算開始減脂、重訓、運動、改變飲食習慣 (體脂率27%, 內臟脂肪9)
第一天開始吃雞肉飯
第2天開始吃自助餐(無炸、挑青菜)、吃全家地瓜、宵夜吃茶葉蛋
也開始買水果。
也報了健身房,昨天已經第一次重訓 + 連續3天游泳了。
這些都是以前的我不會做的。開始微調中~
但是今天早上卻出現腹瀉的狀況,拉出來是水狀。還不確定是不是腸胃炎。
請問…… 拉肚子時,要讓腸胃多休息,要嘛不吃,或是吃溫和的食物。
但是很怕溫和的食物會讓我變胖啊……
我不想這麼快放棄....
有人知道
1. 減肥中遇到腸胃炎時,如果要吃東西,可以吃什麼嗎?
2. 請問重訓1小時,如果都沒流什麼汗,是代表沒效嗎?(但隔天肌肉有痠痛)
3. 家裡只有電鍋。雞胸肉想要去腥味,先加醬油醃製,就可以了嗎?
