以下這段『不是鬼扯』,這一個問題,我將減肥師,醫師抽臉抽了很多次。

我『鬼扯』的就我沒方法去『精準控制的內分泌』,我能隨手就切出一安士的起司,卻沒有方法去確定 betacell dysfunction 的原因,是添加劑,是精製品,是環境,是農藥,是污染還是其他。而 metabolism 錯亂, betacell dysfunction 也只是『成因之一』。
首先,立論點是,這世界很多人引用的,身體能量使用公式,本來就『出現錯誤』。
TDEE 不是不能算,而是一堆人,包括減肥師使用的算式,『錯誤』

5. ENERGY REQUIREMENTS OF ADULTS
BMR ,PAL ,TDEE 意思,自己問谷歌。
但以一個正常人來說。
吃 BMR 的 1.4 左右 ,是下限
吃 BMR 的 1.4 左右 ,是下限

隨手找一位 55Kg 的女生,基礎代謝都 1100
PAL 1.4 已經是 1540 大卡。
我愛推薦的四群點數法,建議攝取的 1600 大卡,原則上能和這作出呼應。

減重赤字,20%,是 1280 卡。
這是少得不能再少,55Kg 女生的攝取值
假如少於這一數字,已經不是減肥,而是絕命

有多少人能好好的乖乖的吞到肚子。
一大幫『天才』引用 Jason 的資料。偏偏,Jason 的資料,很多都進入了絕命式的範圍。不是 TDEE 不能算,而是熱量赤字極大之下,身體會很能夠去調整能源使用量。
攝食低於 80%,很能夠進入 Starvation mode
Jason 的原因,是 Fasting ,而不是 Starvation.
Fasting 求的,有激效效應意味。
Starvation 引伸的,是延命。
兩者的分別,非常非常大。
假如熱量赤字,又不進入絕對性的 Fasting mode.要維持肌肉量,要採取的食用式,叫 Ketogain .
甚麼都能少,就是不能少蛋白質
要維持肌肉需要確保胺基酸。當碳水赤字過強,誰知道那一種胺基酸會跑到糖質增新 GNG 而沒跑到肌體的重建?
