選擇晚上慢跑.時間是2030-2100
大概都跑30分鐘.一個禮拜3-4次
感覺有跑的晚上都不好入睡
大約都2300-2400開始睡
是太晚運動導致亢奮的關係嗎?
有什麼好建議?
難道一定要早上晨跑嗎?
