大家好
我最近開始舉啞鈴
有一個10磅 另一個比他重很多的不知道幾磅
10磅我可以舉30下就舉不動了
重的那顆 我舉10下手就快斷了
問題是
我10磅舉了大概三組 隔天二頭肌 就明顯感覺變硬 也很酸痛
但我改成舉重的以後 雖然也是舉到受不了 隔天二頭反到不會覺得痛.....
不知道為啥
我覺得練輕的反倒感覺比較有練到的感覺.....
跟前幾篇一個版友一樣
左手練完都沒有感覺練到 右手就有一個緊實感.......
請問我該練 輕的還是重的呢??
我現在是混搭= =
