請問練完十分累可以嗎? - 健身

板大們好
小弟每次重訓完後都會累到很想吐 臉色蒼白 連下樓梯都想死的那種
不過隔天酸痛感沒有很嚴重
請問這樣是否有不良的影響 或是需要減少訓練內容呢?
以下補上訓練內容 不好意思不知道器材名稱所以用形容的
1.爬樓梯上五樓+踩腳踏車level6 1km
2.面對機器由上往下拉的(背肌or胸肌)
3.面對機器前往後拉(背肌)
4.背對機器 手水平往胸前拉(胸肌)
5.坐著深蹲(大腿 臀大肌)
6.趴著勾小腿(股二頭)
7.坐著往前抬小腿(股四頭)
8.練下背肌的 仰臥起坐反面的那個
9.仰臥起坐
大部分在一小時內做7~9台機器 每台一組10下 做4組
