大家好
小弟前陣子為了躲兵役,體重跟體脂不停飆升
我的身高185CM
之前最肥的時候來到116公斤,體脂肪36%
後來認真去了大概四個月的健身房,一個禮拜去4~5次左右
三天前去量體重竟然來到120公斤,體脂肪32%
所以我索性跑去醫院的減肥門診詢問醫師的意見
現在我掛這個減肥門診過了半個月之後還要複診,每天要量四次體重畫曲線圖
每半個月都有階段性目標
所以我現在真的有減肥壓力XD~
營養師跟我說高熱量的東西集中在早上跟中午吃
晚餐盡量吃沒有油脂的
最好是自己烹調,例如說蒸魚或是水煮雞胸肉配青菜
可惜我現在住外面吃外面,租屋處沒有廚房,要烹調東西比較麻煩
我想如果晚餐用高蛋白當作蛋白質來源,然後再吃青菜水果
對我來說會簡單得多
我有個朋友他說他之前就是這樣吃,一個月瘦了七公斤
不過我比較擔心的是如果我晚餐這樣吃再去重訓會不會表現不佳呢?
如果長期這樣吃會有什麼副作用呢?
不知道各位巨巨怎麼看?
