體脂率:30(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)

三餐內容
早餐:(1) 自己弄-->吐司夾蛋+麥片(一周頻率比較高)
(2) 外面買-->吐司夾蛋(主餐檸檬雞/火腿擇一)+無糖豆漿/紅茶
(其實紅茶不該喝...)
午餐:自己帶便當(自己早上煮就是炒飯OR晚上的菜2~3種)
晚餐:吃媽媽煮的,晚上少吃飯,吃菜跟喝湯比較多
其他:一日喝水2000~3000CC
日常作息時間:暑假打工 早上7點起床 8點半上班~5點半(上班騎腳踏車)
晚上6點半~9點圖書館唸書
生活型態:現在算上班族吧= =9月才當學生
運動習慣:
一周三次早上游泳(6點~7點半左右)多半以週末時間為主
否則上班期間游泳(5點~6點半左右)
輔大泳池50M的長度8~10趟
晚上如果不念書就是跟我媽去輔大快走3圈(正門到中美堂的距離)
我的問題:
因為板上很多人一周都會運動5次左右
但我因為晚上需要唸多益 所以變成早上才能運動
但整個時間下來 晚上會很疲憊> <
不知道作息要怎麼調整才比較好= =
希望睡眠充足 可以運動 也有力氣自修
不知道我還需要更正什麼?
