性別:男
年齡:21
身高:173 康是美數據
體重:95 94.8
BMI:31.8 31.7
體脂率:22.9 24.6
基代:2012(感覺好高啊)
腰圍:99cm(就說肚子大嘛.....)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:火腿三明治(不加美乃滋)+紅茶 or 御飯糰+無糖豆漿
午餐:自助餐(三菜ㄧ肉) or 湯麵類
晚餐:便利商店的沙拉+1~2顆茶葉蛋(不吃蛋黃)
其他:不喝有糖飲料,水一天大概4000~5000(可免填)
日常作息時間:晚上11~12點到早上7~8點(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
其他時間基本上坐著
生活型態:大學生(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
除禮拜天外,每天都有去健身房做重訓(超遜咖級)ex:10磅啞鈴,二頭,兩組,12下
做完重訓後會跑40~45分鐘的跑步機,心跳120~150,不過45分鐘才跑完3.6km(哭)
星期天的話就是跳有氧,比利大叔的"Fat Burn XL-erator"跳到一半就昇天了

補充ㄧ下我從小就胖,打小就愛吃~~
其實之前有去看減肥診所,從112(人生的高峰?)減到95
但是荷包瘦的比我還快.....決定靠自己了
請問這樣吃是太多還太少? 我超希望太少的啊XD
還有運動量要如何增減?
