如果中午跟晚上自己在家煮燙青菜 配日式和風醬油
這樣會部會影響到蔬菜裡脂溶性維生素的吸收
因為GOOGLE之後 網上資料說「脂溶性維生素隨脂肪為人體吸收」
這樣是指"在煮的過程中需要有油脂"
還是指"只要飲食中有其他油脂 一起吃到肚子裡"
