暖身時間長短對重訓的影響很多嗎? - 健身

因為長期以來運動都沒有好好的暖身,甚至是收操
導致每次練一陣子後就會覺得全身痠痛久久才會好
但又不曉得到底該暖身多久才算是合理的...
在World Gym運動的時候看有些人大概會暖個15分鐘左右
手臂、腿、腰部幾乎每個部位都會動到
有些人則是進來後手腳轉一轉不到一分鐘就開始練了
但感覺不像是初學者,都是一些看起來練很久的人
所以就讓我滿困惑的,到底怎樣的暖身時間才是合理的呢?
