這篇是幫朋友代PO,因為知道他的狀況,開始勉勵他運動,
我自己也跟著他騎X-bike,希望能讓他不會覺得孤單,
可是他的情緒狀況越來越糟糕,想鼓勵他說出來,請大家幫忙,
他沒有PTT的帳號,但有些問題想請教板上的人,
文章如下:
我是男生,身高170,最重的時候體重是108,發胖的原因有很多,
除了家庭飲食狀況不好(大家都愛吃),還有心臟病跟紅斑性狼瘡,
所以吃過很長時間的類固醇,因為身體不太好,
家人跟老師都不太讓我運動,可能怕我身體承受不住,結果一路胖下去。
後來上了中學,常常被同學欺負跟取笑,所以下定決心要減肥,
一開始也是少吃多運動,也有點成效,但速度真的很慢,結果某次看電視,
有個女明星說她吃完就去吐,所以維持很瘦的體型,我也開始嘗試了,
這樣的方法真的很快,大概沒多久,體重就掉到63,最瘦甚至到49,
後來這個竟然被養成了壞習慣,讓我開始用催吐跟節食的方法減肥,
甚至到後來一天只吃一餐,那一餐都吃很多很多,暴食一樣,然後全都吐掉,
一度覺得自己這樣真的不行,想改變飲食習慣,午餐吃正常,晚餐早點吃,吃少一點,
然後做一點運動,希望自己可以恢復,可是溜溜球效應,體重一直增加,
看到體重機數字上升就讓我害怕,於是又開始催吐跟節食,感到好痛苦,
這樣狀況長達四年,吃很多,吐掉,吃很多,吐掉,恐怖地獄的無限循環,
然後,我開始失眠,便秘,長青春痘,水腫,於是吃安眠藥,瀉藥,利尿劑,
情況更加糟糕,簡直是一蹋糊塗。
今年八月開始,真的感覺自己想要自殺,非常非常痛苦,
我真的覺得不能這樣下去了,於是想要改善這樣的狀況,
每周運動六天,騎X-bike,每次都騎九十分鐘,逼自己正常吃,不要吐,
醫生警告我,因為心臟不好,不可以做太激烈的運動,心跳不能太快,
所以我騎X-bike都盡量讓自己不要太激烈,用阻力2騎九十分鐘,大約騎60km,
可是實行兩個月以來,體重從55公斤一路飆升到現在的61公斤,整個人胖了一圈,
我害怕自己會再這樣繼續胖回從前的樣子,每天都很焦慮,又開始不敢吃東西,
心情極度憂鬱,但我不想要放棄,我想要健康,請問我該怎麼做?
請問有沒有人可以告訴我,曾經用錯誤減肥方是該怎麼挽救?
有沒有人曾經也用過錯誤的減重方法,後來經過努力改善的?
