說真的,很多食物都是沒有辦法算出熱量
比如外面買的便當
所以我想麻煩大家幫我看一下
先聲明一點,我個人吃素
有的人會表示吃素很油
但我所選擇的都是盡量清淡
所以煩請不要用很油的素食來看

另外想請問,我這樣吃熱量大約有多少阿?有達到需要的基礎代謝率嗎?

三餐內容
早餐:一碗當歸湯+素菜包 或 一碗當歸麵 或一碗羹麵
午餐:一個便當(素食,但裡面的飯只有半碗,剩下的全是滿滿的菜,
很多樣,但每樣只有一點點,所以便當大概裝4/5滿)
晚餐:一碗湯麵(不加沙茶之類太油的調味料)
其他:(可免填)
會吃1-2樣水果(但大概都是1/3的蘋果,可能加1/2的芒果)
最近天氣太熱,所以有時會喝低糖的仙草茶或低糖的紅豆湯
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上約8點左右起床,晚上大概12睡
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
最近請休假,所以休息半個月左右
運動習慣:
跑一小時慢跑(很慢很慢,因為我無法跑很快)
有時會做輕微的體操或拉筋約10-15分(一天一次)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
請問我這樣的熱量攝取有達到基代嗎?
還是熱量攝取太多了
