會在意訓練時 周遭有人太靠近嗎 - 健身

就是啊 ...
遇到比較不一樣的情況。
我用史密斯做硬舉
訓練椅就移去旁邊靠牆放著。
(史密斯剛好在牆邊)
鏡子中就看到一個年輕的教練
帶另一個女會員過來。
就直接搬那條訓練椅來用(完全沒任何知會)
訓練椅擺在我後方,要俯臥用啞鈴練肩膀。
距離就一米到兩米間。
說真的 我覺得受到影響,無法專心練。
我還稍微走過去測試一下
(也是要暗示他們太靠近很危險
但他們完全無視...)
感覺若練側平舉很可能會打到我
變自己要很注意,不能往後退太多。
還好是練前平舉,但還是覺得很近。
可能最近睪固酮分泌有點多orz
氣到直接走過去站旁邊大喇喇瞧著
讓他們完全無法忽視到我的存在,停了下來。
對他們這樣說太近,怕我會撞到他們
我還說真不好意思欸,雖然口氣不是那樣回事。
請問我這樣是反應過度嗎XD
