大家好,
叫我去跑步運動,一週運動三天,我都可以去也辦得到。
但是三分練七分吃,
加上很不喜歡碰廚房(懶得洗碗洗菜等食物好),
感覺進度停滯不前!
是不是除了便利商店會有熱量標示,
而且購買方便外,
沒有其他辦法了?
直銷的代餐包我就不考慮了。
