討厭運動 - 健身

高中平常就是騎腳踏車上下學之外,除了補習周末會騎單車山區或市區,
只感到無聊、累、煩,念書也不會更有集中力,換SSD還比較有用。
大學社團是國術散打,大家都知道中國功夫很重視盤功,練最多的是腿部,
加上有練手臂部分常常練到連走撐著把手走樓梯都很困難,
必修體育課是選核心或重訓類的課。散打比賽就算贏一樣感到無聊、累、煩。
本魯蛇是大學地質相關科系,本魯蛇最討厭地質調查,大多課都有野外勘查的內容,
上山下河通通都討厭。本魯蛇相信登山只會感到無聊、累、煩、蟲很多、野外很髒。
因為當兵很不幸抽到海陸提早練跑步,體測要志願役標準才放每周末么八(好險有先練)
,一樣跑步感到無聊、累、煩。
研所時期游泳感到無聊、累、煩、游泳完還要洗澡。
太頻繁游泳還會因為洗澡太多皮膚過乾。
除此之外當然也打過羽/籃/桌/排/棒球,總之沒有一項喜歡,
每次都看到有人說找到自己喜歡的運動,本魯蛇感到討厭運動就是無聊、累、煩。
網球更不用談,台灣天氣熱得要死,那根本是高緯度才能玩的運動。
甚麼運動會讓人身心舒暢,因為有安多酚,本魯蛇完全感受不到,
只有滿滿的無聊、累、煩,何來好心情,看輕小說動漫效果還比較好。
本魯蛇工作屬於數學類型,有人說運動能增加大腦活力,本魯蛇回他練樂器還比較有效。
什麼要跟朋友一起運動,天身就是討厭與人互動的邊緣人,
運動已經夠討厭還要跟人聊天根本只會更不爽。
玩kinect、wii只會覺得幹嘛不去打魔獵還比較開心。
有影片說甚麼超越自我,體能超越或體重減少也不能讓我的程式從n^2變成logn。
什麼延年益壽,人生這麼機歪早點死算了,本魯蛇有跟親人說過重大傷病不要簽搶救。
本魯蛇真的不懂運動會開心,有成就感,沒有只是因為甚麼沒找到喜歡的運動。
