先講我的狀況
我現在訓練大約一個禮拜5-6次
差不多胸腿肩背一個輪迴
目前重量大肌群重量大概15-22公斤,小肌群5-12左右,重量慢慢上去中
會搭配臥推、深蹲、硬舉
我目標是不是那種大肌肌,就練個身材好看線條明顯而已
這樣的訓練內容有需要穿到訓練鞋嗎,還是converse墊墊就好
