伏地挺身練了兩年
雖然中間有半年在玩健腹器
有半年在練跑步
但是還是算認真吧我想
大概一個禮拜會練三次左右

今天拍的時候只顧著喬手機忘記開電扇
平常都練150結果今天很累還只到140
今天剛練完的照片

好像跟以前沒什麼差
所以我應該就只會到這樣了吧@@
看來伏地挺身的確不會變大肌肉
想要大肌肉的人還是去練推舉吧~
伏地挺身練身體健康倒是不錯
我兩年前員工體檢有高血壓大概140-150
輕度脂肪肝
前幾天體檢已經消失囉~
