先說一下原po是上半身纖細,下半身粗壯的小梨人。因上班責任制的關係,平時到家也已經很晚或很累,對於運動真的是心有餘而力不足。
家裡有xbike但自己騎,除了速度超慢也是三天打魚兩天曬網,但隨年紀越來越大,覺得沒運動對精神和體力都不好,原po雖然枝體不協調,但也希望能上個有趣的有氧舞蹈。
家住台北,如有上過的再麻煩可以推薦給我,謝謝
