有氧減脂 不減肌 - 健身

有人是這麼做:
在有氧一小時之前攝取40~50g的蛋白質(少量或不含醣類)
將有氧運動限制在45分鐘之內
在運動完畢馬上喝一杯運動後飲料(譯註:post-workout drink,多半為乳清蛋白和碳水
化合物的組合)
但有一種說法說
在有氧前後2小時內最好不要進食,否則消耗的熱量馬上補回來了
不知道大家是怎麼減脂,但盡量不要減到肌肉呢?
