有氧跟重訓分配? - 減肥

我 我 我(好緊張) 有z過跟用關鍵字爬過文了>"<
主要目標:減肥
次要目標:長肌肉(有沒有看美體版會被燒到想長肌肉的八卦XD?
所以前一陣子都是有氧
最近加入了重訓 而且越做越多(部位) 整個是...上癮了._.?
因為今天覺得上臂跟肩夾骨?胸前肌肉?(Q_Q我不知道叫什麼)
有一點點點酸痛 讓我突然想到 重訓好像不能天天做這件事情!?
最近幾天的運動都是:
有氧 腳踏車*10分→喝口水順便偷拉筋大概30秒?→快走*10分→喝水→踏步機*12分
休息然後重訓 手部→腿部→腹部(每個部位的器材每種都做15下) 整個循環*2
其實我不知道這樣做可不可以 自己做的很開心就是( ̄▽ ̄#)﹏﹏
我想問 這樣做到底對於長肌肉這件事情有沒有用?
重訓真的不能每天做嗎? 想長肌肉的話
該不會我真的只是做開心的吧( ̄ー ̄;)...

ps.飲食...很幸運我本來就少量多餐(換句話其實是愛吃:P)
而且 我很愛澱粉類XD 運動後有記得補充蛋白質 豆類(豆腐 豆乾)
