練了幾年總是會碰到會被指導動作的時候,尤其是菜鳥的時期
不過這次是這樣
臥推80kg做完一組的時候
發現旁邊有一位仁兄在等著一起用的樣子
不過做之前這位仁兄開口了
「我剛看你做的時候三頭吃太多了,都沒用到胸」
換這位仁兄做的時候直接掛100kg,然後上下5cm的做
做完一組後就跑了
雖然他指導的跟他做的動作不一定有關聯性
但我在原地心裡想,這是蝦米情形......
