我先聲明一下
並非是主要的想法
主要還是藉著大眾一致認同的做法
而這是我親自遇到的狀況
但水果主要並非注重肌肉
而是健康與營養
簡單就是調氣血
我以前在練時
沒力 跟 有力 的分水嶺非常遠
要從氣虛練到熱
至少要花上半小時時間
時常還有流鼻涕的問題
小弟有過敏氣虛心悸問題
連奇異果火龍果都能過敏
後來試到蘋果不含皮打汁跟木瓜 一天2~3顆小 飲食正常吃
先調整體質15天
現在做重訓都可以縮短到10分鐘進入狀況
身體也不會一直拉傷,隔天就能動,以前要休養2~3天才可以繼續傷
外傷復原時間縮短1/3
各位有什麼看法
