有沒有可以替代慢跑的有氧運動 - 健身

事情是這樣的,
我是個男生,目前身高171、體重78、體脂肪20.7,
最近飽受刺激想把體脂肪減至15左右,
所以就去健身房辦了會員想要衝刺自己的身材,
每次重訓之後都會上跑步機以8.5的速度跑35分鐘左右,
一個禮拜運動6天只休息1天;
不料在前天慢跑的時候,不知道發生什麼事,
跑到快結束的時候右腳的腳底板開始隱隱作痛,
走路會痛但還不至於無法行走,不過跑步是一定沒辦法了,
所以想請問各位除了慢跑、游泳,還有其他有效率的有氧運動嗎?
