聽了板友的建議
還是正常吃 但少吃
目前6月11號79.4kg 177cm
努力一個月減4.8kg
但臉和肚子看不到明顯成效怎麼辦?
可以說幾乎都沒有變瘦...
臉和肚子有更有效的減肥方法嗎?
我想變型男阿!!!!
現在每天大概健身50分跑步70分
不知道還沒有更有效的減肥方法?
