昨天在萵苣健身房跑跑步機的時候
聽到隔壁有一位巨巨在跟他朋友聊天
他說要先重訓,把肌肉練起來再來有氧,會瘦比較快
因為有肌肉會消耗比較多的熱量和脂肪,減肥會變得很簡單
聽完也蠻好奇的,想詢問一下大家,他這樣說是對的嗎?
