大家都說有氧和重訓都很重要,而效果不同
頂多就只有討論要先有氧還是先重訓
有辦法有氧結合重訓嗎?
我想到的是,舉較輕的啞鈴(例如5磅),連續舉個30分鐘,心跳維持130左右
或是跳有氧的時候身上綁個重物,應該有重訓效果
這兩個方式可行嗎?
