1.一年多前25歲左右女同事仙女餐,早餐吃一個三明治,中午水果餐,晚上在家檢
點菜不吃飯,然後晚上還去慢跑,約三個月減了約8公斤,看得出有瘦,但其實
如果減的好可能減3公斤脂肪就能達到這樣效果,一年後胖回來了,然後每次公
司在流行感冒她幾乎都逃不過
2.36歲男同事,中醫埋針吃中藥,中午醫生規定要吃五行湯(五種顏色的蔬菜水煮)
無肉類也沒飯,早餐晚餐就隨意,但醫生有拿一張表讓他紀錄每日飲食,也有告
知其每日要吃約1800卡,紀錄表也有如飲食指南每天哪種要吃幾份
但同事對熱量沒概念,早餐喝一杯麥片,中午五行湯,晚上水果加顆包子之類
總之一看就是吃不夠,減了兩個月半,瘦了11公斤,但體脂降不到1%,醫生說
妳這樣體脂沒減不太好,但看了飲食紀錄表也沒表示意見,還要他多運動,該
同事目前減的很高興,但我覺得氣色有點不好,臉色較黃
其實諸如此類還有很多很多,但還好不是每個人都有毅力吃仙女餐的,反而是有決
心但方向錯誤的人傷害較深
說說我自己,快40大叔,兩年前覺得自己胖,開始每天去走路,走一走覺得神清氣
爽,就對運動有點興趣,後來發現本版與肌肉沙灘,鼓起勇氣踏進健身房,我減的
很慢很慢,快兩年體脂從26到19,但我從來沒餓過,只有少喝飲料與油炸與甜點,
吃的量應該還比以前多很多,開始把運動當成生活一部分後,生活從很宅變得陽光
許多,開始參加路跑,登山等活動,以前去爬山(通常是被逼的)只想著怎麼還沒到
,現在一般的台北郊山,我都能優哉的欣賞風景,路跑也從10K跑的很痛苦到現在好
幾場半馬,我的小腹依然很團結,但我已不是那麼在乎,我在乎的是怎樣可以跑的
更遠,爬的更高,吃的更爽 :)
