請問版上的健身達人
我是照這個網頁練的
除了4以外,因為沒有兩顆啞鈴...

但我練完以後,胸部是會緊緊的沒錯
我想這應該是有練到,可是手臂也會緊緊的勒
這是正常的嗎?還是我施力點不對?
因為我通常週一會練啞鈴,就是練手臂的部分
主要就是二頭跟三頭,爬文的結果知道肌肉生長要48小時
也就是接下來要到週三才能練
所以我週二就會練胸,可胸部練完以後,手臂也緊緊的
是不是表示手臂肌肉沒有休息到阿?
所以現在該怎辦呢?
好怕練了半天卻互相抵銷,徒勞無功....
