身高176 體重109
每天早上運動 游泳50min~1hr
用網頁算出來基礎代謝率是:2228.6大卡
因為我之前看一些前輩的菜單 我每天抓大概就吃1300~1500
早餐 500卡 午餐 500~600卡 晚餐 300卡
第一個月減非常快 118->109
但是最近就開始有撞牆期變慢
是因為我吃不到基礎代謝率 還是運動強度不夠?
所以正確的觀念應該是 我每天至少要吃>=2228卡
隨著體重減輕 例如降到100的時候就應該下修成2091.6大卡
如果再減到90的時候 就要調整成1954.6大卡
這樣的觀念不知道對不對 懇請指教
