有雞胸的人練胸肌 - 健身

請問有雞胸的人會不會影響練胸肌
小弟天生就有雞胸
想說把胸肌練大就可以把雞胸遮住
因為有雞胸在內胸的地方有骨頭凸出來很醜
一星期有三天練胸肌
最近發現外胸有變大
但內胸卻都沒進步
不知道是否因為雞胸的原因
(我都以練握推為主 姿勢方面是沒什麼問題)
