有需要補熱量嗎 - 健身

各位大大好
自從五月底調整食物內容後體重開始持續下降
七月初有找過營養師諮詢
有給我建議的每日攝取量
But這個每日攝取量不到我的基礎代謝
目前的身高170體重73 算出來的BMR是1632
我用inbody量是1468
但是依照營養師給的建議每天
60克乾主食,38克蛋白質,1份水果,10ml油
菜隨意
我是60克燕麥 130克蛋白質 20ml橄欖油 100克菜
一根香蕉
這樣吃一天也才1200大卡不到
那剩下的熱量需要補到1500嗎?
1500是營養師給我的建議
我比較擔心代謝下降問題
