我先承認我就原原po的朋友.__./
去年開始工作後因為身處在全是男性的RD工作團隊裡面,加上有自己錢之後像是發了瘋
一樣拼命買衣服保養品,大學時代宅了四年打了四年魔獸完全不在意自己外表
發現完蛋了買到喜歡的衣服都穿不下,尤其是胸部,開始跑步前是80H
參考版上的方式之後開始了一連串的吃飽飽加上一天運動一小時
沒有重訓因為我住在草漯這地方,我相信很多人第二個字念不出來
就知道我這邊有多偏僻,所以我開始了每天跑步一小時的運動
隔兩天一次置底的阻力運動全身輪迴一套
剛開始非常迅速的外表減下來,163公分70公斤到現在也只是163公分68公斤=_=
沒錯!我跑了一年了!體重只有少2公斤!可是我手臂只有以前的1/2
大腿腰部腹部背部都非常明顯的減下來所以我相信有氧瘦全身這件事
我也懶得去量體重了,多少我也不CARE 反正我現在穿緊身衣服也沒有小肚肚
BUT!!!就只有胸部!!!!!
我現在面臨的細節沒有跟我朋友講清楚,我現在是80E,但那是因為我上胸圍跟下胸圍
不成比例,穿到80E但是我需要把罩杯扣到最裡面一個扣子,不知道大家懂不懂意思
就是在買更小一點的下胸圍的罩杯適合我身材的,我上面那兩顆球就hold不住=__=
但是E80其實對我來講是太大件的,只是因為E80才裝的下那兩顆球...= =
開始跑步之前我的目標是A CUP,但這就像是訂下目標總要訂遠大一點,沒成功至少還減
到C的那種感覺
我周遭朋友父母都說我很LUCKY
SO WHAT?! 我哥成天到晚跟我說你手臂再細一點胸不要變
我媽跟我說就除了胸部以外其他地方跟菜10一樣瘦就好
哩哩扣扣一堆親戚總是說女生褲子23腰才是正常(智障)
這些人阿,又要胸部大,又要其他的地方細,哪有這麼美好的事情,身體是我的
我就是想要胸部小,推文的M大再給我一點時間我現在訂新的目標等到我變成60公斤
胸部又沒小我就馬上寄信給你,我想要再努力有氧><
還有跟回文一樣,每次看到一些漂亮的內衣都沒有我的份QQ
有時候路上跑步兩顆球晃阿晃的,阿北就盯著你看
上上個月才發生我跑步的時候,一個阿北騎鐵馬盯著我看沒看路,去撞到另外一個騎
摩托車的阿北,兩個在那邊吵架,我也只能冷笑一聲繼續跑
還有賤男人動不動就跟你說可惡想揉,簡直是白痴
