我朋友已經用了9個月這樣的減肥方法

【第一週】無醣/素食
【第二週】無醣週
蛋+肉+蔬菜
【第三週】
1.你可以選擇吃早餐或中餐(只能選一餐)
2.你必須吃很慢 而你的胃已經變小 你很快就飽了
【最終週】斷食
總共輕了23公斤
她現在大概50幾60吧,身高165公分,目標再輕5公斤
(因為以前問朋友體重,對方都會說"比你重",我就不太敢問了orz)
她現在說想知道麥片+零脂奶粉可以瘦的原理,
我說"不就是攝取熱量不足,跟節食一樣嗎?"
她很認真的回我,這樣一天大概400大卡(意思是跟她之前的減肥
方法差不多吧?)
很想回"...",說真的我不覺得這有比她之前用的方法好到哪裡去
我有點惱羞,就跟她說試試看就知道了,她:"我不能試試看,要
真的有效才行啊"
心聲:沒有甚麼東西是吃了會瘦的吧,原理不就是節食減肥你還指
望他有甚麼高明的來自英國研究的根據嗎?
不過她現在瘦了之後好像滿開心的,我不太會說話,她又不用PTT
,幫不了她真的滿感傷的,我這樣算甚麼好朋友啊......明明之前教
過她用PTT,也找了文章給她看,為什麼還是這樣。溫柔的說、酸又嗆
的說,都好像沒聽過一樣。畢竟還不到會死人的地步......唉

我是買桂格零脂肪奶粉跟桂格麥片~一個正常的碗~
然後5湯匙麥片~2湯匙奶粉~這樣下去~水加滿~要泡一下~
會變很濃稠~這樣很容易飽足~餓了就這樣吃~我都不運動~就這樣吃~
不知道大家受不受的了..其實吃習慣幾天後..會覺得很習慣不吃飯了
我就是這樣..所以就都不想吃飯..
