哈簍 我是個平常朝九晚六的百分之九十不被加班女
對於上次何時運動這件事...我們先不談
平常在公司總坐到五花肉愈來愈厚
加上是一個沒有人鞭策就惰性全開的人
於是在這裡誠徵到板橋體育場運動方便的好跑友
(戶政事務所隔壁那家~!!
時間是周二至周五每晚七點半或八點開始(可再議)
運動1hr上下或3000m之類的,看個人設定的目標啦~
重點是要有人互相勉勵才會持之以恆壓!!!!!
相約到運動場後就一起加油吧
想要邊跑邊聊or各自跑都可以 通常我習慣邊跑邊聽音樂
