所謂的科學根據,真實面就是許多晚上21:30還不可能睡覺
、04:30更別說起床、每天拖著疲勞的下班身軀與凌亂的大腦思緒跑去邊練邊拿手機言論
攻擊、毀謗別人,這也叫現今台灣健身社會的「統計數據」,不叫科學。如果要拿「科學
根據」損人,你得找臨床專業者,針對數名21:30PM準時睡覺、04:30AM準時起床、上午做
完神龍常使用的訓練模式、一天規律七餐的實驗組,與數名其它作息人士做對照組,一年
後得出來的結論,才叫做「科學根據」。
何時台灣的健身言論能變得如此負面,看看國際,能夠出國比賽的選手,無論成績好與壞
,自己的國家永遠是最挺自己人,說說台灣,有時出國比賽,即便在國外拿到好成績,正
當接受國際間表揚時,反到自己國家先來個冷嘲熱諷,一點都不團結。「鼓勵」勝於「嘲
諷」,才有可能將台灣的健身晚輩青出於藍,在台灣一堆如同瘟疫的「健身負能量」的擴
散下,未來誰家老爸的孩子,會讓自己小孩接觸健美運動呢?
如果我們要讓健美運動發揚、無論重回哪種運動會都好,第一步是否不要再傷害健美運動
、傷害健美選手了呢,體態練好是各憑「本事」,有人用老人般規律的作息、有人天生存
在著超人般的鬥志、有人精打細算每一天的每一餐營養攝取等等,都是好事,也是自我要
求的本事,該「尊重」,不該「破壞」。
