某些食物吃了會比沒吃還餓? - 減肥

疑惑很久了…
我只要吃到冬粉、高麗菜、蘋果(有的水果好像也會,但現在想不起來)
不到半小時,就會比吃前還餓 囧
甚至比沒吃東西還餓 orz(這種時候就會後悔:早知道剛剛不要吃還比較好…#$%^)
到底是為什麼啊?
尤其是高麗菜,完全不懂
冬粉:好吧有可能是因為我吃湯冬粉,前面有版友解釋過了
蘋果:因為水果好消化?
高麗菜,不管我是跟其他滷味一起吃(百頁豆腐,其他幾樣也都是菜類,什麼都不加)
還是跟其他菜一起吃
明明一大堆的東西…也是吃完半小時餓的肚子想打滾 T_T
最後就沒辦法,只好再吃點別的東西了 orz
減肥多吃蔬菜水果,增加飽足感,也比大魚大肉健康
我越吃越餓是怎樣 (/‵Д′)/~ ╧╧
