目前ㄧ週四天去健身房
主要是做核心運動跟懸吊
持續了三個月,很開心肚子中圈肉少很多
很奇妙的是...褲子反而變緊??
但照鏡子認真看確不覺得比之前胖
朋友看到我都覺得我變壯了....
飲食方面也盡量不吃精緻澱粉
飲料都以無糖綠為主
爬了很多文都說因為肌肉生長速度大於脂肪消除速度導致
我想問的是,如果持續的懸吊跟核心還能瘦嗎?還是多加跑步或騎車等有氧運動?
明明想瘦身有線條反而被說變壯有些小哀傷啊QQ
