今天的份剛剛才做完
很ㄍㄧㄥ撐到3分鐘
有點佩服自己
感覺根本就撐不下去了
而且做完後感覺很好睡XD
我想要試試看
每天挑戰自己的極限
盡量每一天都能超過前一天
有沒有版友想要一起來做棒式的啊

大家可以一起挑戰一下
也可以一起努力
