我是三四年前椎間盤突出過
沒有開刀 就是靠延伸等復健運動復原
最近三個月開始想勤練自己的鮪魚肚
固定有慢跑習慣(一周25k左右)+仰臥起坐每天五十下
不過最近脊椎的部分感覺有點緊也有疼痛感
仰臥起坐開始不敢做了 = =
請問我除了仰臥起坐之外還有別的運動可以鍛鍊腹部嗎?
