槓鈴深蹲時後三角疼痛 - 健身

做槓鈴深蹲的時候發現身體一些問題,
在準備動作手握槓鈴,斜方肌頂住槓鈴時,
覺得兩邊肩膀大約後三角肌的部位會痛,
是種拉傷或凹到的感覺,
一般做胸推或啞鈴練三角肌都不會有這問題,
只有當手掌在耳朵高度,上臂和身體約45度角時肩膀往後拉才會痛,
可以請教大家這是什麼問題以及可能傷到哪部分肌肉或關節嗎?
